Hey! I'm Saurav, a student from California passionate about technology and entrepreneurship. I have pursued these interests through various startups and projects (check them out below!). I also enjoy exploring science and curiosity – I am working on a few research projects in the areas of AI, Physics, Astronomy, and Biology.
Here are some of my favorite skills and talents that I have picked up through my experiences and projects.
My career goals lie in pursuing my passion for technology through entreprenuership. Because of the potential of startups, I see entrepreneurship as the most powerful way to change the world.
I find research to be a great way to truly innovate, since it is misaligned from an incentive to profit. I also love it since it feeds my curiosity in science. I'm mostly into physics, AI, and astronomy research.
I love AI beacuse it is one of the few fields truly innovating, without prioritizing profit (OpenAI, Google Research, University Labs). Since AI is changing the world every day, it is very hot in the startup world.
Design is often overlooked in startups and tech products, but it is crucial for capturing users that actually want to use your product. Additionally, it allows me to visualize products before I build them.
Since I love technology and space so much, I often research complex topics and learn as much as possible about them. A hobby I have been picking up recently is writing articles and books to explain them.
I love writing articles about physics, space, computer science, and startups! I have many coming soon, but here are some that I have published so far.
I recently got access to the impressive GPT-3 model from OpenAI and asked it to write an essay about the current state of AI and the approach of the techonlogical singularity. It warned me of what is coming.
